Essential Duties:
- Develop and implement a daily program to meet the needs of the children in his or her charge.
- Provide guidance and direction to the children, as needed.
- Communicate with parents as needed to keep the children safe and developmentally appropriate.
- Participate in parent and staff meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Attend staff meetings and other related activities as assigned and necessary to ensure that the agency is operated properly and efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
